Your keys are kept safe and secure in our home which has a burglar alarm.
We post your keys through your letter box or lock safe on our last visit, unless advised otherwise. We often key hold for our customers.
Future key collections and drop offs are charged at £15 per trip.

How do I book Premier Pet Care?

From your initial email enquiry, Premier pet care cat sitting are extremely professional. Once you receive your booking confirmation email, payment is required by bank transfer to secure your booking.
We provide regular updates, usually via WhatsApp with photos or videos of your kitty and pets whilst you are away.
What About Security?

Our home has its own burglar alarm so your house keys are safe, we also for extra safety measures put all keys into a safe when not being used
Secondly, we ensure your home is secure when we leave, programming your burglar alarm where necessary.

I have over ten years worth of veterinary nurse experience working with many different animals.
I have been cat sitting for over five years and I have looked after cats, rats, fish, guinea pigs, birds and even a snake!
I have a pet husky called Dexter who I adore.
What happens in a emergency?
Premier pet care London has cat sitting insurance.
I am veterinary qualified and can administer pet first aid.
We require emergency contact details and vet details upon booking. In the event of an emergency regarding your pets health, or your home, we contact you immediately.
Should your pet require urgent medical attention, our first priority would be to go to a vet and contact owner on arrival. Should the medical need be less urgent we will contact you first.
There is a additional charge for vet visits to cover time and travel.
What about peak times and holidays?
Premier pet care London have already established a trustworthy and reliable local reputation for cat sitting in Blackheath.
Due to school and bank holidays, everyone has a tendency to go away at the same time. ⛱️🍦
To ensure we have availability, please book in advance.
* We charge double, £30 per feed over bank holiday weekends (Friday to Monday inclusive), and over Easter (Friday to Monday inclusive), and Christmas holiday period.
* We charge £18 per feed during school holidays, categorised as peak times.
What to expect at a visit?
Premier Pet Care cat sitting are not an agency, But a team of brilliant veterinary qualified individuals.
Aside from the cat sitter you’ve met/ arranged the visits with. (Dependent on your area) no one else will be entering your home. There is no outsourcing.
When we enter your home, we take off our shoes.
We greet your cat(s) and have a play, or cuddle (if they are happy with this, we appreciate that some cats are shy or anxious or prefer not to be fussed).
Most of all we respect their boundaries and are always friendly, kind and gentle.
At each visit, we clean all litter trays and food area. We provide fresh water and food, and keep bowls clean.
We leave the house how we found it, and securely lock up at the end of each visit.
We update you with daily photos (every fews days if you are away longer as to not disturb you).
If we have any concerns about your cat, or home security, we will let you know.
Most our work is through referral and repeat business so you don’t need to worry about a thing.
My cat needs medication can you help?
Zoey is veterinary qualified and worked for DNA vets.
Before maternity leave Zoey covered at Blackheath vets for a few weeks (Part of the DNA vet chain)
Zoey can provide medication, injections and flush out feeding tubes etc.
