• Providing fresh food and water 
• Daily cleaning of bowls
• Cleaning of the litter tray
• Playtime with lots of cuddles
• Bringing in the post
• Watering house plants
• Emptying of the wast bin
• Making sure the refuse bin is out for collection which includes bringing it back in
• Text message or email updates of your pet with pictures 2 - 3 times a week

Please kindly note that Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New years Day, Easter Sunday and bank holidays are charged at a double rate inline with other cat sitters. 

Peak hours are visits during the school holidays and are charged at £21.00 per visit

The initial collection is free of charge, we can then keep hold of your keys in a safe and secure environment. If you prefer that keys are collected prior to each booking and not left on the last day of the booking a charge will occur

Once you receive your confirmation email of the dates booked in our diary, we require immediate payment by bank transfer. 

As you can imagine, there is a high demand for Premier Pet Care  cat sitting, especially in school holidays, bank holidays, and over Easter and Christmas. 

We want to ensure that we always prioritise regular clients and those who pay to secure their bookings immediately. Thank you

Once we have scheduled and confirmed your booking, a fee may apply for cancellations to compensate for time they set aside for your booking.

a) If cancellation is given to Premier Pet Care London in writing 10 days prior to the booking there will be no charge.

b) If cancellation is given in writing between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the booking then 50% of the total invoice will be charged.

c) If cancellation is at less than 48 hours notice until you will be required to pay the whole fee.
